Whilst compliance (ensuring that an entities financial matter are being handled in accordance with the country’s laws and regulations) is an essential part of what we do we have for quite some time now been concerned that we have not been offering more than this.

Once we focused on the above, things started to fall into place. Firstly a colleague and friend Gabrielle Fontaine introduced me to Profit First and gave me the opportunity to read the Profit First Core Chapters.
In case you are not familiar with the Profit First concept yet, it is a method developed and documented by business author Mike Michalowicz. Almost immediately after its introduction, Profit First became the most popular book of all time on how to systematically (and easily) grow profits in any business.
As I started to read I started to get excited and the more I read the more excited I got to the extent that we started to incorporate the principles in our own business. We have been amazed at the results we are seeing by adhering to the Profit First principles.
